Dynamic BDC has been in operation since 2009 supporting clients throughout the United States by handling marketing opportunities on their behalf. The Call Center Department Manager is responsible for managing multiple call center accounts and campaignsI. This person must have a positive attitude and be able to motivate their team to meet and exceed targeted performance goals. The role includes providing “real-time” coaching related to improving each individual’s skills and helping them to grow and develop each day. This position works directly with the Operations Managers and Floor Supervisors in both locations to properly communicate goals and status updates on a daily basis.
