Recruiting Assistant

Dynamic BDC is seeking high-energy Recruiting Assistants to join our team! In this position, the Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with recruiting needs by sourcing cadidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking the applicants throught the hiring process

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the recruiting function by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Provides basic administrative support to the recruiting department
  • May perform resume data entry and prepare offer letters
  • Performs clerical tasks such as copying, faxing, filing, word processing, and data entry.
  • Prepares new hire orientation packages and other related documents.
  • Answers telephones and provides support for recruiting staff as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Screens and contacts applicants by email and phone.
  • Records and tracks applicants' progress through the various stages of the hiring process.
  • Assist with pre-employment testing.
  • Provides support during various hiring events such as group interviews, hiring fairs, etc.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong customer service skills and previous recruiting experience desired
  • Some knowledge of working with software systems and navigating websites
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong team player
  • Self-motivated and positive
  • Reliable

Required Education:

  • High school or equivalent
