Job Responsibilities will include:

· Manage a team of chat agents and Supervisors

· Be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations:

· Be visible to answer questions

· Assist chat center agents with questions

· Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback

· Review real time data and statistics to drive and enhance performance

· Provide ongoing training and product information to chat agents

· Ability to work flexible hours with a varied schedule depending on business needs

· Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays depending on business needs

Desired Skill and Experience:

· Exercise confidentiality

· Have fabulous people skills

· 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a customer service environment

· Be bold and unafraid to speak up and share feedback

· Be able to think creatively about a variety of challenges and apply his/her organizational skills accordingly

· Be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Education

· Technical or vocational school certificate in Management, Business or Computer Science.

· Associates degree in Business, Management, Public Relations or a computer-related field
