Dynamic BDC has been in operation since 2008 supporting clients throughout the United States by handling marketing opportunities on their behalf. We provide services for over 10 Automotive Manufacturers. Our company offers great opportunities for advancement, a positive work environment and flexible scheduling.

The Chat Center Department Manager must have a positive attitude and be able to motivate their team to meet and exceed targeted performance goals. The role includes providing “real-time” coaching related to improving individual’s skills and helping them to grow and develop each day. This position works directly with the Operations Managers and Floor Supervisors in both locations to properly communicate goals and status updates daily.

**We are specifically looking for someone with flexible hours as we are a company that operates 24/7. Internal shifts run from 6 AM to 12 AM daily. **
