Our Call Center Department Manager will be responsible for managing a contact center account/campaign. A competitive candidate will have a positive attitude and have experience motivating teams to not only meet, but exceed targeted performance goals. The Call Center Department manager will provide real-time coaching to agents, while helping them to grow professionally each day. This position will work directly with the Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Supervisors to properly communicate goals and status updates daily.

**This position requires a degree of flexibility since we are open 6 a.m. – 12 a.m. Monday through Sunday. This person must be willing to work some weekends and holidays contingent on business needs.**
